2008 Rochester Horse Expo
Rules & Regulations: No one can pass out literature, post flyers, exhibit or put up signs unless they are a show exhibitor and only then in designated areas. Isles must be kept clear. Decoration used in displays must meet flameproof regulation of the fire department. Exhibitors may not distribute food or beverages. A Minnesota Sales Tax number must be furnished if you are selling any goods at the Expo. Space reservations and payments are non-refundable and may not be transferred to another business. Subletting of booths is not allowed. All trucks, tractors and 4x4’s must tape gas tank and disconnect batteries. Vendors will get 2 wristbands for Expo admission and Expo events. Vendors agree not to break down booths until closing time on Sunday. Booths must be set up by 8:30 Saturday morning. There are separate admission prices for the Bull Riding & Dances, these events are not included in the vendor fee or Expo admission.
Liability Release: Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MF Productions and their employees from all claims, losses, costs, damages, or expenses resulting or arising from any accidents or failure to act as promoters for the show, employees or agents. If the area should be damaged by fire or otherwise rendered unusable show management is released from any and all claims, which might occur. If any other event or circumstance not controlled by the organizer prevents an exhibitor from staffing or erecting their exhibit for all or part of the show period, the contractual responsibility between the exhibitor and organizer shall be considered satisfied and there shall be no refund to the exhibitor. The organizers reserve the right to adjust booth or stall assignments at anytime.
Security: The organizer will take reasonable precautions against damage or loss due to theft, fire, or any other causes. However the show will not be held liable for loss from these or any other cause whatsoever that may arise from use of exhibit space during move-in or move-out periods.

Each additional trailer is $50.

Electricity is available, an additional charge of $10 will apply if you need electricity (this cost is charged by the City of Rochester). Please note if you will need electricity for your booth ___________________(yes or no).
Please remit your fees for booth space and electricity, if necessary, and a copy of this signed agreement to: After receipt of your booth fee, a confirmation letter will be sent to you. Please make checks payable to: MF Productions.
